Cuttings Handling Unit

IMG_1469The Twin-Vac Vacuum System transfers drill cuttings from a suitable collection point at the shale shakers to the buffering tank using Vacuum Air Flow. At this point the cuttings are separated from the air flow by a cyclone action created by the internal hopper design.

Cuttings are then discharged for storage and transportation by the output mill in the end of the manipulator arm, whilst the Vacuum Air Flow cycles through a filter to eliminate any fluid or vapor carryover before the clean air is discharged.
